Username:

Usually you will enter "postmaster" into this box. Postmaster is the "master user" for your email control panel. Postmaster can make changes to all email accounts on your domain. Login as postmaster when you want to set up new accounts, change user passwords, etc.

You can also enter an individual POP3 username into this box and access a limited control panel for only that user. This option can be used to allow a regular email user to change their own password, etc.

Password:

Enter the password you have assigned for this account. By default, this is set to the same password as your control panel. If you have forgotten your postmaster password, you can change it via the 'home' section of your main control panel.

IMPORTANT - If your password is longer than 12 characters, please only enter the first 12 characters here.

Domain:

Enter your domain name in this box. Do not enter a leading www, http, etc.

For example, if your website is http://www.mydomain.com/ just enter "mydomain.com" into the box (without the quotes).
